Our Sleep Labs are held at The Baby Room and Eli House in Exeter.
Local, in-person sleep support classes in Exeter — designed to help you understand your child’s sleep, feel more confident about sleep and enjoy calmer nights knowing exactly what your child needs.
Each session is led by a certified, regulation-first sleep consultant.
You’ll leave each week with one simple step you can use straight away to bring more ease into your family’s nights and days.
– Bedtime routines
– White noise
– Early bedtimes

I believe bedtimes should be enjoyable and I help parents move through the hardest sleep seasons without “cry-it-out,” confusion or endless Googling.
I created The Parent Sleep Lab after years of supporting families and years of surviving broken sleep myself.
This is the class I wish I’d had.

Babies are always welcome — but it’s totally fine to come alone if you prefer. Comfort is a priority.
That’s absolutely fine. This space is designed for parents of little ones no judgement and you’ll never be a distraction.
No. The Lab is trauma-informed, evidence-led and gentle. There are no scripts, no cry-it-out and no pressure to follow rules that don’t fit your child.
The Parent Sleep Lab is a restorative space designed to help you make sense of your child’s sleep needs and feel more confident about what really matters right now. It’s supportive, gentle, and practical but it isn’t designed to resolve complex or long-standing challenges on its own.
If that’s what you’re facing, my signature 1:1 sleep coaching programme, Settled in Six, may be the more appropriate next step. We can explore this together on a call if you’re unsure where to begin.
Life happens — if you miss a week, you’ll still benefit from the rest of the programme. And if space allows, there may be an opportunity to repeat the missed session during a future round. Please email me [email protected]
